Regular Meeting Information

Below are the regular meeting schedules for the Districts. The Boards of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as needed.  All notices of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

District Nos. 1 & 3-4

The Board determines to hold regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. except for October, which will occur on October 22^nd at 8:30 a.m., and November, which is scheduled for November 12th at 10:00 a.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not including physical presence.  The Board determines to hold an annual meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on Tuesday, July 29^th at 8:30 a.m. by telephone, electronic, of other means not requiring physical presence, subject to change by action of the Board. Notices of meetings are posted on the website and if the website is unavailable at the following locations:

• District No. 1: The southwest corner of the District
• District No. 3: The southwest corner of the District
• District No. 4: Approximately 15300 E. 144th Avenue

District No. 2

Regular meetings are scheduled for November 6, 2025 at 3:30 p.m., via teleconference. The Board determines to hold an annual meeting, pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on Tuesday, July 29^th at 9:10 a.m. by telephone, electronic, of other means not requiring physical presence, subject to change by action of the Board. Notices of meetings are posted on the website and if the website is unavailable at approximately 1571 Wildflower Drive, Brighton, Colorado.
